About Leo

I am a young transgender male artist from Portland, ME. I've grown up surrounded by and creating art. I am a graduate of both Portland Arts and Technology High School and Casco Bay High School, and I hope to attend New Hampshire Institute of Art to major in Animation and minor in Graphic Design. Self taught in digital media, I created my first animation at 17 years old. I am hardworking, always coming up with creative new ideas, a good problem solver, and a strong advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights. Currently, I help manage a local LGBTQIA+ art non profit called Faces For Equality, where I do everything: from running and planning events, to teaching art, to designing flyers, posters, and other promotional pieces, right down to helping people discover their identity. My passions in life always manage to find their way into my work, for example, I create many stickers, posters, flyers, t shirts, and print designs for Faces For Equality. I let my passion for LGBTQIA+ rights drive my creative spirit so I can create something to help others. In my free time I enjoy cosplay (costuming) and fashion design, crafting, modelling, and creating all forms of art. Each month I run a table at the Portland (ME) City Art Walk where I display and sell my work.

My art is for sale here: Redbubble CowCow
